Burns Night at Cubs

Tonight the Cubs celebrated Burns Night. We learnt a little about Scotland, including hearing the Cub Scout Promise in Gaelic from a parent. We played toss the caber (led by Christ Church vicar, Rob) and jump the haggis before having a meal of haggis, neeps and tatties followed by shortbread and washed down with Irn Bru. Bagheera gave an amazing Address to a Haggis. The evening ending with the singing of Auld Lang Syne.
